COST AND DELIVERY TIME

We deliver orders all over the world (except Russia and Belarus). Orders are sent using the National Post of the EU countries at a single fixed rate:
•EU countries - 10 euros. The estimated delivery time to EU countries is 3–7 days from the moment the order is sent.
•Other European countries (not the European Union) and other countries of the world – 20 euros. The estimated delivery time is 3–14 days from the moment the order is sent.
•Free delivery in the EU when ordering goods from 100 euros.

Other countries. Please note that we are not responsible for customs delays.

Upon arrival in the destination country, non-EU orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes in that country. 
The recipient bears additional costs for customs clearance. In turn, we have no control over such costs and cannot predict the amount and procedure for collecting customs payments.

DELIVERY OF ORDERS IN UKRAINE

We deliver products throughout Ukraine using the "Nova Poshta" service at its rates.

RECEIVING THE ORDER

After sending the order, you will receive a parcel code. 
A few days after dispatch, we recommend that you check the location of your parcel on the website of the National Post of your country. Please note that the parcel can be delivered specifically to your address or stored at the post office closest to your address (if, for example, you were absent during delivery and there is no way to safely leave the parcel for you).

In order to receive an order, you need to have an identity document with you. The details of your documents and the recipient's information must match.
