FAQ

  • Is it possible to make powdered eyebrows with WizArt pigments?
Yes, with our WizArt pigments, you can use any technique, including light dusting, also known as the "powder technique", to perform the PM procedure. BASIC and MAIN series pigments are most suitable for this technique.
  • How long do your permanent makeup pigments stay in the skin, can WizArt pigments be used for semi-permanent makeup?
All WizArt pigments (except black) will stay in the skin for several years and gradually discolor. They will not stay in the skin for too long.
  • Can I use needles other than the permanent makeup/micropigmentation unit?
Of course, you can use any needle that you know how to work with for micropigmentation of any area. Needles are most often used for micropigmentation: ones, threes (3RL, 3RS), fives (5RL, 5RS, 5M), sevens (7RS, 7M)
  • Is the residue better in organic (synthetic) or inorganic (mineral) pigments?
Pigments from different manufacturers differ greatly from each other. WizArt pigments of different series (synthetic, mineral, or mix) have certain features and differences, but all of them have a very high residue after curing, from 70% to 90%.
  • Are there fully mineral pigments for permanent makeup lip micropigmentation?
In general, completely mineral lip pigments for lip micropigmentation exist, but as the experience of their use has shown, they have not gained popularity. Usually, mineral red colors are not bright, the palette is not diverse, and the residue after healing is too weak. All WizArt lip pigments are either fully synthetic or a mix of synthetic and mineral pigments. This composition of the pigment allows you to get a wide variety of shades and a good residue after healing.
  • Do you have all-mineral pigments for permanent makeup/micropigmentation of eyebrows?
Yes, we have two series of mineral pigments. The Classic series includes exclusively iron oxides: black, red, and yellow. The Main series includes iron oxides red and yellow, as well as the black pigment carbon black. In these series, the white mineral pigment titanium dioxide is not used at all. The formulas of these dyes are stable and do not change to red or other undesirable colors over time.
  • Can permanent makeup pigments be removed with a laser or a remover?
Not all permanent makeup pigments are easy to remove, but our WizArt pigments are very easy to remove if necessary. The pigment composition is safe. The manufacturer does not use unwanted dyes in the pigment, so they will not have a residue of green, red, orange, or any other unpleasant color after removal.
  • How many permanent makeup treatments does one 5ml (1/16 Oz) bottle of pigment last?
In fact, the smallest WizArt bottle contains not 5ml but 6 ml of pigment. For one procedure, you may need from 0.5 ml to 1 ml of pigment, which means that a small container will be enough for you on average for 9 procedures.
  • Is it possible to mix pigments from different series?
Yes, WizArt pigments from different series can be mixed together.
  • What are the expiration dates of pigments for permanent makeup? How long after opening can I use the pigment?
WizArt pigments have a shelf life of three years. After opening, you can use the pigment for one year.
